The phrase “Wella 3la rayyu” is translated as to change one’s mind. Honestly I have not found this phrase used. I asked some people and they are not aware of this. If I find more information I will update this post.

This word is a bit tricky because their are several different meanings and I cannot find a pattern between them. As usual the more you practice, the more easier it will to remember. Most of the time I have heard the word wella being used for the word “or” or the verb to become. I will include some examples of the usage of the word “wella” for you to see. If you have any questions about the word wella or it’s usages please let me know in the comments.
